Founded by a team of artists, makers, designers and educators formerly responsible for one of the UK’s most innovative theatre degree courses, we take our extraordinary creative power and experience in theatre, performance and events, and use it to make amazing things happen for artists, audiences and communities.

    Nicola is a designer, maker and educator with over thirty years of experience in theatre, performance and education as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

    Bruce is a director, dramaturg and facilitator who has led and made work at festivals and venues across the UK and has over fifteen years of teaching experience.
